Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and music. It is known for its unique style and fluid movements.

No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. In fact, most of our new members have never trained Capoeira before...or any other martial art!

We offer Capoeira classes for both Adults and Kids. We have separate programs tailored to each age group. Kid's Classes are ages 5-10 and Adult Classes are ages 11-93. We also have a Capoeira Tots Class for ages 2-4!

Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow for freedom of movement to your first class. Bare feet or flexible sneakers are recommended. Make sure to bring plenty of water!

It is recommended to attend at least two classes per week to fully benefit from the practice and progress in your skills.
